Rocco Musumeci Promoted to Associate

Rocco Musumeci has been promoted from Lawyer to Associate at Acorn Lawyers.

Acorn Lawyers has elevated Rocco Musumeci to an Associate.

Rocco has moved up through the firm's ranks since June 2013 embracing the culture and personality of Acorn Lawyers to earn himself a well-deserved promotion to an Associate in October 2015.

Rocco is a highly motivated individual who works tirelessly to ensure that he produces work of the highest quality to all his clients in all of his different practice areas. In particular, Rocco is now a senior member of Acorn Lawyers Estate Planning Team. Rocco has also had the exciting opportunity to work closely with the firms' directors on the Commercial team.

Rocco has gained in-depth experience working in consultation with senior lawyers and independently in comprehensive estate planning, testamentary trust wills, powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian, advance health care directives, probate and estate administration, contested wills and will rectification, equity disputes, discretionary and fixed trusts, unit trusts, superannuation, commercial transactions, purchase and sale of businesses, shareholders agreements, employment agreements, consultancy/service agreements, corporate administration, property and leasing.
