Sachin Tendulkar joins Spartan Sports International as investor and member of advisory board

Acorn Lawyers have advised Spartan Sports International on Mr Sachin Tendulkar (widely regarded as one of the World’s greatest batsman of all times) joining Spartan. Mr Tendulkar has joined Spartan as an investor/shareholder and will also serve on Spartan’s advisory board alongside Mr Chris Gayle (International Cricketer), Mr Ravi Thakran (Group President, LVMH (South & South East Asia & Middle East)) and Mr Kunal Sharma (founder, Spartan Group).

Acorn Lawyers advised Spartan on all stages of this process, as well as drafted and negotiated related agreements and other documents.

In January 2016, Spartan launched the first global Virtual Sports Club “The Spartan Cricket Club”. This Club provides a unique global forum dedicated to promoting cricket amongst cricket communities and fans around the world. Acorn Lawyers advised Spartan through this process as well.
