Dedication, hard work and an on-going commitment to learning has seen Acorn Lawyers promote three team members. Managing Director Ash Agarwal made the announcement during a team meeting, "I would like to congratulate Simone Goodwin, Ellen Goh and Rachael Watson on their promotions. Acorn Lawyers has always strived to be a workplace that inspires growth. Each of these women have shown a great commitment to their clients and their hard-work has not gone un-noticed".

Ellen Goh has earnt a long-awaited double promotion from Lawyer to Senior Associate. Since Ellen joined Acorn Lawyers in 2016, she has worked closely with Ash in the firm's migration department. Ellen is not only a lawyer, she is a migration agent who has successfully acted for several clients helping them immigrate to Australia and managed a plethora migration matters. Her dedication to her clients and loyalty to the firm has led to a promotion to Senior Associate.

Rachael Watson joined Acorn Lawyers in 2016 and is now an Associate.Prior to joining the team Rachael undertook an internship as part of her law degree from the University of Wollongong. After a successful internship, Rachael was offered a full-time position as a lawyer. Over the past two years, she has worked closely with James Govan on compensation and personal injury matters. Rachael's hard work and commitment to her clients has paved the way to a promotion.

Simone Goodwin has been promoted to General Manager. Simone has been with the firm since its' inception in 2010. Simone is one of the main forces behind Acorn Lawyers success, working with Ash since the beginning. She has an in-depth understanding of what it means to be a successful lawyer whose role will be to work with the young team to continue to provide high quality services to Acorn Lawyers client.
