Irfana graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2018 with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) double degree. She completed her Practical Legal Training at the Australian National University, Canberra in 2018 and was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2018. Irfana joined Acorn Lawyers in April 2018.

Irfana is also the Acorn Lawyers Family Law Client Relationship Manager. In this role, Irfana works to build, maintain and strengthen client's relationships with the Acorn Lawyers family law team and help them navigate an often very difficult and emotional time.
Experience
Irfana began her career at Acorn Lawyers as a Family Law Paralegal and is now practising as a senior solicitor at the firm.
Extensively trained by senior Family law specialist lawyers Anne Mowbray and Peter Williamson, Irfana takes keen interest in
developing her legal skills through attending quality seminars, lectures and self-study.
Irfana ensures that all Family law matters conducted by her meet the high standards of Acorn Lawyers.
Irfana appears regularly in both the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia for family law matters.
Irfana has grown up in the Wollongong area, graduating from the University of Wollongong in 2018 with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts
(Psychology) double degree. Irfana's ability to communicate with people in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian has greatly assisted client's in their
understanding of the Family Law process and helps to break down the barriers that non-English speaking people can often face.
